ERW pipe
We supply 30,000 tons ERW steel pipes of 21.3mm and 610mm every month. We use advanced imported production equipment such as German once-through rolling machines. British CT METORI digital controllers, a Ø219-426 ERW steel pipe production line, a Ø426-660 ERW steel pipe production line, twenty Ø245-820 thermal expansion pipe production lines, and a newly added Ø114.3-219 ERW steel pipe welding line,which is worth 79 million USD. We have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical propertities and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection erquirements.
The welded steel pipes are mainly used in low and medium pressure liquid transmission and precise machine manufacturing engineering such as heat steam, thermal, construction engineering, bridge structure, etc.
