High pressure boiler tube is one of boiler tubes,belongs to semless steel tubes.Its manufacturing method is same as seamless pipes,but has serious request of steel grade used for producing steel pipes.High pressure boiler tubes are often used at high temperature and high pressure,tubes can oxidaze and corrode under the action of high temperature flue gas and steam.This requires high lasting strength of tubes,high anti-oxidation corrosion performance,and good organization stability.
The Usage
Common boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture superheated steam pipe for cool-water wall tube,boiling water tube,locomotive boiler,large and small smoke tubes etc.
High pressure boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture superheated steam pipe,re-heat tube,air pipe,main steam pipe with high pressure and super high pressure.
